The condition of the carpets alone is a glaring issue!!! Additionally, for a pet-friendly stay, the extra charge for potential stains feels overly harsh given the room's state. A substantial upgrade is needed!!!

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel was conveniently close to both Lantz Arena and the Lincoln Douglas Debate Museum, making it easy to stroll through Charleston and soak in the local history. with restaurants like Brick House Bar & Grill just a short walk away, I had plenty of options for meals throughout my visit. The staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant experience and parking was easy to access during my stay.

We had a great stay at this place where the breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. Our room was extremely clean with comfortable beds. The tiny bathroom and outlets were a downside, though. I'd definitely return!

Highly recommend for families traveling

I was shocked by how clean the room was and the shower had an adjustable spray pattern that actually worked great! The front desk staff was friendly, they even checked in on me during breakfast to make sure everything was fine.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering the quality I found it acceptable.
